Welcome to FreeFuelBill.in. By accessing or using FreeFuelBill.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This tool is provided for documentation of legitimate fuel expenses, fleet management records, and personal fuel tracking.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

• Service Nature: We provide digital SaaS tools (calculators, receipts, compliance utilities).
• Subscription: Each subscription is unique to the user and non-transferable.
• No Accounts: We do not require user signup or account creation. Access is tied to your subscription.

• Ensure all information entered reflects actual fuel purchases and transactions.
• Use generated receipts only for legitimate purposes such as expense tracking, fleet management, and accurate record-keeping.
• You agree not to misuse or resell our tools.
• Do not engage in expense fraud, tax evasion, or any illegal or deceptive activity.
• Do not misrepresent affiliations with any brand, entity, or fuel station.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled after the first payment cycle. No refunds are provided.
• We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Liability: We are not liable for misuse of generated receipts or calculators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeFuelBill.in and its owners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your access or use of the Service, including any misuse of generated content. You assume all risks for any use of the Service.

The Service, its UI, and content are the property of FreeFuelBill.in. Any brand names, logos, or trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and used only for demonstration, parody, and educational purposes. No endorsement or affiliation is claimed.

FreeFuelBill.in uses third-party payment processors (Razorpay) for subscription payments. When you subscribe, you are redirected to the payment processor's page. Razorpay handles all payment processing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is made. For billing disputes, contact support@freefuelbill.in within 7 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
