At FreeFuelBill.in, we value transparency and want our users to clearly understand how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work. Please read the following carefully:
Refunds
No Refunds Policy
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, refunds are not available. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
- Technical Errors: If a payment was processed incorrectly due to a system error on our end, we will investigate and may issue a refund if the error is verified.
To request a refund for duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us at support@freefuelbill.in within 7 days of the transaction with proof of the duplicate charge or error.
Cancellations
User-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for cancelling your subscription.
Effect of Cancellation
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. For example:
- If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day subscription, you'll retain premium access until day 30
- No further charges will be made after your current billing period ends
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by visiting the activation page
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through the following methods:
- Via Activation Page: Visit /activate and use the "Cancel Subscription" option if you have an active subscription
- Via Email: Send a cancellation request to support@freefuelbill.in with your subscription ID
- Via Razorpay Dashboard: If you subscribed through Razorpay, you can manage and cancel your subscription directly from your Razorpay customer dashboard
Note: After cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation email. Save this for your records. If you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact support.
Failed Payments
Service Suspension
If a payment fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other payment issues), your access to premium features will be paused until the issue is resolved. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment.
Resolution
To restore your premium access, you can:
- Update Payment Method: If you have an active subscription, update your payment method through the Razorpay customer portal
- Contact Support: Reach out to support@freefuelbill.in for assistance with payment issues
- Retry Payment: In some cases, Razorpay may automatically retry the payment after a few days
Important: If payment fails for 3 consecutive billing cycles, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You can reactivate it at any time by making a new payment.
Disputes
Reporting Issues
For billing disputes, unauthorized charges, or payment-related concerns, please contact us at support@freefuelbill.in within 7 days of the transaction. Include the following information:
- Your subscription ID (starts with "sub_")
- Transaction date and amount
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or proof of the transaction (if applicable)
Resolution Process
Our support team follows this process:
- Initial Response: We'll acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours
- Investigation: Our team will review your case and transaction details
- Resolution: We'll respond with our findings and resolution within 3–5 business days
- Follow-up: If additional information is needed, we'll request it promptly
